Message	Bet the guy kept going and left you on the side of the road. No tag number, nothing. It will look like a 1 car accident to the insurance company. If you had taken the hit, even if the other car took off, there would be evidence that he punted you offroad. You would not be at fault in the eyes of your insurance company.
